Potato Soup: 2 Lbs of sliced red or white potatoes 1/2 stick of butter 1 cup diced onion 1 cup diced celery 8 oz Velveeta 2 cups water 3 cups milk 1 TBL salt 1/2 TSP black or white pepper 1. Fry the onions and celery in the butter. 2. Cook the potatoes in the water for about 10 minutes till tender. 3. Add the onions, celery & butter to the potatoes. 4. Add the salt & pepper. 5. Add the milk and velveeta. 6. Warm the mixture to melt the Velveeta but don't boil.
